Goodness what an unusual name and thank you for your cry for help. Let me start by pointing out that I am not a medical practitioner but I do from time to time Google symptoms and I’m pretty sure that’s what doctors do as well
If you think you have worms FendEmbanna then yes I think you should remove them, although please be aware that some immunologists think worms are actually good for you. Combantrin is very nice and tastes like chocolate
