Me: Oh this is much better than the ones from that other place. Look, it’s nice and firm and you can scoop things with it. Not all fluffy and full of bubbles like an Aero bar
BigSquib: That’s not a very good simile Mum
Me: Huh?
BigSquib: The naan bread was like an Aero bar
*silence as we stare at our naan breads and reflect on this*
BigSquib: What about it was like a cumulus cloud?
Me: Oh very clever, very clever… but it was flat
MrSquib: What about it was like the bubbles in the washing up water?
[we give MrSquib a withering stare]
Me: What do you think it was like then LittleSquib?
LittleSquib: Bread
Me: She’s right you know

Oh, I have a beef! Why doesn’t any Indian food place in Perth know what a Peshwari Naan is??? It’s the best Naan in the world (sweet coconut center).
