Oh look! It’s a delightful little picture book for 4-7 year olds about plastic surgery written by Michael Salzhauer, a plastic surgeon from Florida
Basic story outline: Mother explains to her child that her body is old and stretched and her clothes don’t fit anymore. Dr Michael fixes the mother up and the child is so happy that her mother is beautiful again. Awww, aint that heartwarming

I take it there’s not the slightest hint of irony anywhere in the book.
Hmmm. I wonder if he can pert up my man breasts??

No the book is completely bona fide, which more than can be said for ‘mommy’s chest’
