Call me a dag but I loved the film Labyrinth. It came out when I was about 12 and yes I thought the Goblin King was ever so spunky. This is the music video of the song As the World Falls Down which I hadn’t seen before. I’m not sure why they have a different girl in this clip? Check out Bowie’s amazing shoulder pads
music: as the world falls down, bowie

Oh My!
I bought Mrs Hog Dee’s Glass Spider for her birthday. Saw the live show at piddle smelling old Wembley. We had the 2 x video of the tour but the picture quality was naff [a feature of vids in the early 1990s] This is a 2xdvd, 3xcd effort. Should be good.
Tonight I played Look Back in Anger which is a live track [ with Reeves Gab’s] from YouTube. I downloaded the vid some time ago, which was lucky because it looks like you can no longer download the .flv files using something like Fidyo. Another little jolly gone

I can’t remember my favourite Bowie song, I had it on a mixed CD and I lost it (it was a cheerful number if you can think what it might’ve been)
I read about The Glass Slipper. The consensus seems to be that it was terrible
But obviously not according to the Hog Household!

Nah. You get all sorts of Negative stuff about Bowie. They said the same thing about Tin Machine.
Bunch of Camden music snobs/poseurs. The rant you hear about Coldplay these days….enough to make yer toes curl. Don’t believe the hype….Yo!

(I was going to use the lol emoticon but it doesn’t look right. It’s got twitchy lips. These emoticons are really very poor)

‘Emoticons’ are for lazy persons
We are all poets and wordsmiths on here, Mrs Squib
We have no need of such things

I love Labyrinth. And Bowie.
The MSN emoticon for “disappointed” I always use to mean “ogling”.
